All services from the initial design of your website through to search engine promotion are provided by npwebservices. Even if you already have a website but would like it to be optimised to appear prominently on the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing we can help. Working with your existing web developer we can provide the coding that needs to be placed within your site to enhance its page rank.

Website Design

Nearly all websites designed by npwebservices are commercially based in that our client is looking for their website to attract new business. Our forte is designing exactly this type of website. We produce sites which are a good representation of your company, clearly display all of your unique selling points (USP's), is easy to navigate and contain a strong call to action.

Functionality

All websites are built bespoke for the client, we do not use templates. These site can include:

Domain names are purchased by npwebservices on behalf of the client, who is the legal owner, and registered to the clients address. In general a ".co.uk" domain will cost £9.99+VAT for the first 2 years, while ".com's" in the region of £24.99+VAT. For SEO purposes it can be beneficial to purchase a name which contains your primary search term, rather than the companies trading name.

Web Hosting

Explanation: Web hosting is a service which allocates space for customers to showcase their websites on computer servers that are constantly connected to the Internet. Servers are powerful computers that have extremely large hard drives, or an array of hard drives. Space is then rented to those who want a "website presence" on the Internet.

Npwebservices provide full Linux and Windows hosting including PHP, and mySQL database services. Standard hosting fees are £99.99+VAT per annum.

All websites come with a business email facility. You can have multiple email addresses such as "anything@yourdomain.co.uk" for example. As standard your email comes with 250mg of storage and business features such as read receipts and folders. Your email is on a remote server meaning you can login wherever you are in the world. Additionally it can be synchronised with platforms such as Outlook.

Telecoms -

Our telecom service is designed to let you know exactly how many telephone calls your website is generating. We can provide area call numbers i.e. 0208, and/or freephone numbers which are displayed solely on your website and divert to either your existing landline or mobile should you prefer.

You receive a login to a real time, media manager online telecoms account which provides you with the following information:

• Date & time of call

• Area call originated from

• Telephone number that called you

• How long it took you to answer the call

• Length of time of conversation

• AUDIO - Listen to the conversations between your staff and your customers
