Monitored Telephone Lines - How They Work

 

We can provide clients with either a local area number (i.e. 0208) or a freephone number which is displayed on your website, and nowhere else. Therefore every call to this number can only have been generated online. This number automatically diverts to your existing landline or mobile should you prefer.

 

You are given a media manager online login to your telecoms account which provides information such as:

  • Date call received

  • Time of call

  • The telephone number that called you

  • The area the call came from

  • How long it took you to answer the call

  • The length of conversation with your prospective customer

  • Calls flagged as answered, busy or unanswered

  • Audio - Listen to recordings of calls received from your website

The account also allows you to generate reports bespoke to your requirements.

 
 

Armed with this information you can easily work out the return on your investment and a valuable insight as to where best to spend your companies advertising budget.

 

The cost of this service is £5.95 per month line rental, plus either 3.5ppm divert to landline or 16.5ppm if diverted to a mobile.

 

It is not by any means compulsory to monitor your telephone, however 100% of clients using this service find it invaluable, especially the audio service which can be a great aid to staff training and the efficiency of your customer service.
